\nSuitable for solid or liquid dangerous goods of I, II and III packing group.<\/p>\n

For any type of objects or inner packagings.
\nThe box is supplied with 1 plastic bag with dimensions:
\n40\u044570cm.<\/p>\n

For the proper use of boxes 4GV, in particular for the PGV81,you have to comply with some parameters:
\n\u2013 the distance between inner packaging\/s and box side\/top\/bottom is filled with mimimum mm 20 vermiculite (inert absorbent material);
\n\u2013 Maximum permissible gross weight of ready package 4.0kg;
\n\u2013 Maximum permissible gross weight of inner packagings 2.4kg.<\/p>\n

Adhesive tape to be used: it does not need adhesive tape for closing.<\/p>\n

NEW PRODUCT: 4GV certified fibreboard box \u2013 PGV81 with
\nABSORBENT KIT (without vermiculite)<\/p>\n

Box certified UN 4GV (or fibreboard box certified UN 4GV) is a box suitable for objects or any type of inner packagings for liquid or solid materials of packing group I, II, III.
\nThe letter \u201cV\u201d that follows the packaging code 4G in the UN marking signifies a \u201cSpecial Packaging\u201d As for 4.1.3.5 ADR\/RID\/ADN\/IMDG, 5.0.6.5 IATA where the packing instructions authorize the use of a particular type of packaging (e.g. 4G; 1A2), packagings bearing the same packaging identification code followed by the letters \u201cV\u201d (4GV) may also be used. Except for PGV81 that is certified also with absorbent kit, it\u2019s required the use of vermiculite (absorbent and cushioning material).[\/vc_column_text]
